The Selling Process
With decades of experience helping sellers, I excel at managing expectations on both sides of the closing table. My clients value my professionalism, in-depth market knowledge, and patient guidance. I look forward to working with you to clarify your goals, negotiate the best possible offer, and guide you to a smooth, safe, and stress-free closing.
Step 1: Consultation
We will start by getting together in person or by phone/video chat to discuss your goals in selling your property. Are you looking to buy elsewhere? We will go over that too!
We will carefully review your property and all of its features, then prepare a market analysis. I'll guide you in determining your optimal listing price and provide my proven marketing strategy to get your property sold at the highest price, with the most favorable terms.
Step 2: Offers & Negotiations
After some showings I will again review my marketing strategy to see if any adjustments need to be made. I will carefully review each offer and discuss which one will ultimately best suit your needs.
Once under contract, I’ll continue to oversee the process to keep the transaction running smoothly. I will keep you up to date throughout the process including inspections, and the financing process to ensure there are no last-minute surprises.
Step 3: Closing
Congratulations! The big day has arrived!
We will review your settlement statement together beforehand. Unable to attend closing? I will make sure that you receive all documents in plenty of time, and if needed, I'm happy to attend the closing on your behalf.
